I went to July 2022 and can see it for free. wonderful! !! It was more spectacular than the museum that charges the admission fee around me 〜. I went there on Saturday, but all the gates were not open, and only the gate near the fire station was open. There is also a 7-Eleven across the road. Be careful of heat stroke.

This is a very great building, bearing in mind the past and history of Cebu. The monument is located opposite Yap-Sandiego Ancentral, just a few steps from the church of Santo Nino. It is not far from Cebu's oldest firehouse station, which was built in the late 1950s. It is not very big and the overall appearance shape is a circle.
