It is an observatory on the way from Cape Chichi to Muroran city. It's a unique place in Muroran where you can enjoy the beauty of the cliffs and the sea from the top of the cliff. Please note that the width of the road suddenly narrows from here.
I arrived in about 15 minutes on foot from Cape Chichi. There is a parking lot and signboard, so it may be easy to find. You can see strange rocks from the observatory.
I stopped by on the way to "Cape Earth". Access by public transportation seems to be quite bad. There was an observatory right next to the parking lot. The huge rocks and cliffs that rise from the sea surface are spectacular. It seemed that a hiking route was maintained from here.
