Sad to see this nice small garden park known as Latrobe park filled with homeless people
I was shocked to see the number of street people in New Orleans lying and hanging around on sidewalks, sleeping on benches in park areas, drinking in city squares and even curled up in shop doorways.....

Feels unsafe.
Full of vagrants and drug addicts and the place is filthy. Pity as nice water feature and trees and has potential. Feels dangerous.

Nice park to take a rest after visiting the French market. I didn’t experience anyone begging for money or homeless when I was there.
