Nice slope for cyclist and an old route before the tunnel
As a Akaigawa local, it's been my favorite pass for a morning light training. Nice slope for short intensive climbing. During Autumn, the fog will happen in the village everyday, climb up the pass a...
A pass on the border between akaigawa village and Yoichi Cho
Original Text
The pass on the border between Akaigawa Village and Yoichi Town is the cold water pass. The road passes through a tunnel, so you don't feel like you're crossing the pass, but you can enjoy the spectacular view from the old road. It is a caldera-shaped place that spreads everywhere. It is a little-known spot wrapped in red and yellow during the autumn leaves season.
The scenery is the best on a sunny day. On weekdays, there are not many people and you can relax. The view is good because it looks beautiful to the mountains in the distance.
An observatory at the cold water pass that straddles Akaigawa Village and Niki Town. You can see the head of Mt. Yotei over the basin-shaped scenery of Akaigawa Village. There are about 3 parking spaces. There is no toilet.

I can see all kinds of mountains.
There was a street, so I got off the car and looked at it. Color 々 It's a nice view to see the mountains. It's beautiful if it's sunny.
I want Mt. Yotei.
