"Visited Playbox with my family, but had an unpleasant experience due to Ankit's rude behavior towards my family and wife. We were there with 5 kids. Disappointing and disgusting treatment.
Thumbs down at least for kids till 4 years of age
Very limited activities for 2-4 years old kids for a hefty amount of 700 rs an hour! Staff won't cater to any requests whatsoever! Take your kids to Play date or some better place instead.

Great place to hang around with kids.
Best place for kids to enjoy, completely safe, lovely n polite staff , yummy food. Would love to go as much as possible with the kids.
Avoid
Very very poor experience. Agreed a special offer for child's party. Showed up refused to honour deal. Then refused to let us take photos of our own kids. Kept us reminding us of their policy. Spoilt ...
