As a park ... is it a problem of openness?
Enter Prefectural Road 13 from National Highway 49, and there is an administration lodge and an outdoor stage at the end of the road up the mountain of about 900 ｍ with the signboard along No. 13 as a landmark. As the title suggests, it feels open! The impression is that the part is overwhelmingly lacking. I've been there several times, but I've never met other vacationers, there is no clear parking lot, and it feels like I've reached a dead end, and there are no signboards for the panoramic view of the park.
