It is said that it is a waterfall that can be made on the cliff under Temiya Park seen from the Otaru City General Museum. Of course, there are no waterfalls that flow down in Golden Week, and no matter how many times I go, I have only seen the cliff surface covered with artifacts. It seems that you can see it after heavy rain, but since it is a basic spring tradition, if you want to see the flowing waterfall, choose the time and check it.
I can only see it once in a while.
I was taught when I went to Temiya Park, Otaru City, Hokkaido, but it was a place where I couldn't think that a waterfall would appear there unless I could tell it because it would appear after the snow melted or rain.
