    Good pit stop

    Elkwallow presented a great place to stop and use the facilities. They have a small gift shop and grill, and some picnic tables which were very popular on a Saturday in October.

    Peaceful spot to enjoy a picnic

    The Elkwallow picnic area is located on a short loop road off of Skyline Drive. Most of the picnic tables are in the center of the loop. There is ample parking throughout the loop. Access to some tabl...

    Useful stop

    This is a useful stop whilst doing the Skyline Drive. There is a gift store, restrooms, and plenty of parking.

    Plenty of well-placed, and well-spaced picnic tables

    Short loop road offers many different picnic spots with good parking. Open pit toilet, but otherwise a well equipped picnic area. Very peaceful.

    Nice picnic area along the drive.

    On weekends it's a bit crowded but other than that it's a nice park and worth the entry fee to skyline drive.
