Museums

The museum has a local indigenous artist in red uniform who has benefited greatly from doing sand paintings and explaining Vanuatu's language, culture and history. The museum is not big, but it is interesting to interact with the audience. The ticket for two people is 2,000 watts, which is less than $20.

Every morning, the men in the village of Ikasapu, under the leadership of the chief, gathered at the entrance of the village two towering trees before blowing conch, to welcome the arrival of distant visitors. Follow the footsteps of the warriors, through the virgin jungle, thick forest leaves, hidden by many indigenous people holding spears, jumping from the tree to the ground, or suddenly from the jungle, staring angryly at passing passers-by. The scene of the past clans fighting each other and defending each other is vividly displayed. The winding trail leads to the oldest elm tree in the village. This old elm tree is regarded by villagers as an inviolable deity. The open-air square under the tree is the village's most important gathering place. Surrounded by thatched huts where villagers live, the pits of food that once held are still preserved in front of the house. Women sat in front of the house, sitting around the charcoal fire, cooking a delicious sweet potato, preparing three meals a day at home. Every noon, men, women and children in the village gathered in the square under the big banyan tree. "Time and time again, zizi..." They sounded a bright rhythm, beating instruments made of glass bottles, singing and dancing happily, waiting for the traditional culture that followed for many years.

Damn! How come there is such a beautiful island? There is also a small post office in the water. You can also mail cards! The small natives on the island are very enthusiastic. Cow! It is worthy of being a Vanuatu icon to travel tourist attractions.

I have been to the museum a few times and the sand painting artist has been away. He was still away on this trip, but an intern created some excellent paintings for us. A few people complained about the light. Museums exhibiting textiles require lower levels of lighting. The Vanuatu Museum tries to solve this problem by lowering the light level and installing ultraviolet films on the cabinet glass. This combination makes the logos in the cabinets completely unclear. Museums need to ask museum experts from other Pacific countries how to design better exhibitions. Lapita pottery is a treasure. Don't worry about the lights on it, so please shine on these exhibits.

Blue lagoon is a very famous ice lake attraction. The scenery here is very beautiful, and the location is not far from the airport. Follow the tour guide and see a place with white smoke is the destination!

This place is quite suitable for hiking and not very difficult. Although the tropical downpours made us soaked before we reached the waterfall, all the experiences this morning were still very interesting. Then the sun came out and we had a great time in various pools hahaha. It is very convenient to come here, it is worth a visit, but avoid the cruise ship when it is at the port.
