unforgettable
It is a really small beach and the colonne could be reached by foot and the footpath is not even a hike. Doable in flipflops! Would recommend it as there is nothing much to do in the small island.

nice and incredible view..amazing to see the sunrisein the early morning , Carloforte is a nice place to visit.
Lost Atlantis?
I didn't go ashore as I accessed Punta Delle Colonne from a small boat. Apparently some of the columns collapsed recently. Not a big deal - the intriguing stuff is underwater. I haven't seen anything ...
