Interesting but a bit inconsequential
I suppose there is only so much you can say about a single cheese. The guided visit makes the most of the collection but there are only a few rooms so left feeling I should have skipped the visit and...

We had a very good and informative tour. Our guide,Quentin, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. Make sure you have the additional degustation as it is well worth the money!
