    Big house

    This place is a solid four stars. It's definitely well worth seeing if you're visiting San Francisco. It's Danielle steel's property now. The best view is from Lafayette Park.

    Grandly French style

    Opposite lovely Lafayette Park, the magnificent mansion dates from 1912 and was created with the wealth of the sugar magnate Spreckels. What we could see of the ornate facade was delightful.
