It is a hot spring town located a little far from the center of Sasebo City, and is in a good place full of greenery. I recommend it.
Hot spring near the border of Nagasaki Prefecture
From Imari City, Saga Prefecture, take National Highway 498 over the Kunimi Tunnel and Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is a hot spring facility that approaches on Prefectural Road 54. It seems to be a facility in Sasebo City. The good thing about this hot spring is that it has a source bathtub. For some reason, it seems that it is 10% watered, but you can enjoy the soft bath feeling. The view from the open-air bathtub is also good. The approach to Sasebo city is quite narrow and the slope is steep, so be careful.

A hot spring in the mountains of Sechihara. When you come to Sasebo, it's better to stretch your legs and stay here and soak in the hot springs rather than staying at a business hotel in the city. The view from the open-air bath is the best.
