It's a magnificent row of cherry blossom trees!
Kakunodate is called "Michinoku no Kotoyo". A river called the Tochigiuchi River flows in parallel to the west side of the Samurai residence street where samurai residences are scattered. After walking north to south on Samurai Residence Street, we walked through the green area on the embankment along the Utsukiuchi River. The top of the embankment was like a park, and it was a tree-lined road with old Yoshino cherry trees. October we visited was not the flower season, but it would be a wonderful row of cherry blossom trees during the flower season ...
There were few cherry blossoms, but there was only one Eden garden.

A lonely ordinary river without a cherry blossom
It was a place that made me think that the cherry blossom season was amazing. Since the season was autumn, it was just a riverside lined with dead trees, but the river itself was relaxed and healed when I looked at it.
Usually it is a river bank, but during the cherry blossom season, beautiful cherry blossoms bloom along the bank and are crowded with many tourists. The parking lot is large, so you can keep it with plenty of room.
