Wrong informations displayed on the web and absolutely no flexibility even if you talk with them seconds after the purchase. They say the boat leaves from buenos aires and let you buy a ticket LEAVING...
Hard to see the scenery in the dark
We tried to book online from Canada but could not. No response to emails or chat. Went to the Cacciola office in Buenos Aires when we arrived in Argentina - good experience there. Arrived in good time...
