Original Text
As I was driving on Route 750 toward Pearl Road, I suddenly noticed a guide display board. I went through, but for some reason I was curious and stopped by on my way home. Immediately after entering from the road, there was a small park where fossil replicas were exhibited. From there, if you go down the stairs and go out to the beach, there is also an excavation site. There is also a free pamphlet and it is worth seeing.
A small signboard of "Dinosaur (Toba Dragon) Fossil Discovery Site" stands about 10 minutes from Toba Station on Route 750 toward Pearl Road. Be careful as you will overlook it if you inadvertently. There was a fossil replica in the small square beside the road and there was an explanation board. According to it, fossils of Tyrannosaurus were discovered on July 4, 1996 on the coast below. Femur and 19 ... identified as 12 parts such as femur, upper arm, and caudal vertebra.
If you are driving, you can suddenly see the signboard. It was written as a large herbivorous dinosaur discovered in 1996. It was simple and there were no other tourists when I visited.
