こちらは昼食を「漣　鳥羽店」さんでとった後に お店の目の前の階段を上るといけたので 満腹のお腹がこなれるように散歩がてらに寄りました かなり傾斜がきつい階段を上って行くとあります いいお年なのでひーひー言いながら上りました（笑） 広場の公園といった感じで高台から鳥羽湾を眺める事が出来ます TOBAの文字のモニュメントがあり、写真スポットになりますよ インスタ映えしそうな場所ですね

険しい山城

鳥羽湾に面した山城ですが、坂の勾配がきつく難攻不落に思いました。海側は山の上から下まで7段の石垣が築かれています。
