Living Buddha and a piece of tranquility

The temple is located in a very secluded area and far from the main roads, a hidden gem in Yamagata, the living Buddha ( self mummified monk ) is one of the oldest and you can see it from close. In a ...

    Sifter temple off Village‼️

It is an old temple even in the Shonai area. Mummies are enshrined. It is a temple with immediate Buddha which is very rare among traditional Japanese religions. I have a temple I'd like to see if I h...

    It's a simple temple.

I visited 1 last year and visited 2 for the first time the other day. Please note that reservations are required in advance as others have written. Also, since there is no snow this year, I accepted it, but usually in winter, I refuse to see it because I can't go up without wearing a kanjiki. I am grateful to you for your very gentle face.

It is a temple where the immortal Buddha of the Honmei Seaman is enshrined! !!

Both are those who have practiced severe training in the mountains for a long time to save people 々 from famine, natural disasters, plagues, etc., and finally entered the soil and became Buddha while reading sutras 々. Dainichibo and Churenji Temple were visits in the early morning, but there was no one at Honmeiji Temple. ...

You need to make a reservation to see

    Original Text

Although it is a temple where the imam Buddha is enshrined, it is a simple rural temple that has nothing to do with sightseeing. Of course, there are no pamphlets. You can get a red stamp. (Paid) There is Irisadazuka of Isamishinbutsu near the temple. I think it's annoying to visit with too many people, so I think it's better to have it up to 4 people.
