It is a magnificent hall near the ruins of Tsurugaoka Castle and the clan school Chidokan. It was quiet because no exhibition was held at the time of my visit. There was also a piano that anyone could play inside.

The buildings, also known as Sogin Tact Tsuruoka and Tsuruoka City Cultural Hall, have a futuristic shape that you can't think of in a small town like Tsuruoka City.
