This memorial is the relics of the Zodiac Week Lecturer Office. Near the memorial is the bus stop. The internal buildings have Tianfangpan, Zhengtang, side rooms, ancient wells, etc. The buildings are surrounded by walls. The attractions are not big, and it takes about ten minutes to turn around.
The memorial hall was built on the original site of the Chongwen Academy in the Ming Dynasty. The Chongwen Academy was built in the first year of Mingzhengde. It is one of the three major academies in Dongshan history. The childhood of Zodiac Zhou was studied here. The Qing Kangxi implemented the policy of "relocation" in the early years. The academy was abolished and adjacent to Baozhi Temple and Guandi Temple.
