Wanfu Temple

Wanfo Temple is actually a small uninhabited wild temple, the temple is built on a lonely hilltop, surrounded by cliffs, quite some fairy wind bone mysterious feeling. It is said that the history of Wanfo Temple can be traced to the end of Yuan and early Ming Dynasty. The original temple was built on the cliff on the side of the mountain, and the mountain was chiselled as a cave. Now the small temple is rebuilt in a different place, a few hundred meters away from the cliff, and the year of the small temple is now unknowable. This temple is called Wanfo Temple, but it is also worthy of the name. The gods and Buddhas worshipped in the temple are varied, with Buddha, Guanyin, God of Wealth, Land, Dragon King, Maitreya, Dadu Luohan, and the King of Medicine. The number of people is unclear. All kinds of statues are very different. There are carved and plaster molds. There are handmade mud. The small temple is located in a dangerous place, the surrounding environment is good, walk around to see a good drop.

Shanxi Buddha Temple seems to have more, probably because it is the notification center of Xianbei people at that time from the Northern Wei Dynasty. Everyone in Xianbei people knows that they are more worshipful of Buddha, Datong grottoes, and various thousand-year-old Buddha Temples!
