Great Gardens - growing and being kept tidy .
The weather was rather wintery ( surprise - it was February !) yet we had a wonderful experience and watched the sea for 30 minutes while drinking tea. This is a favourite place to visit of ours.

Excellent visit for morning coffee and again for afternoon tea. Good prices, excellent coffee and cakes. Lovely staff and good service. What a delight with a beautiful view.
