Cottonwood Creek Park

This small urban green space features watercourses, lawns and pathways. It is located fairly close to Temple Square. I discovered the park while walking back (downhill) from the State Capitol. The neighborhood is full of charming older homes and hilly streets. Be careful as some of the pavement in the park is broken - can be a hazard if you’re not watching where you’re walking.

Small, petite park in Encinitas that's complete with lush grass, big rocky boulders, a pavilion, picnic area and playground. A nice place to for a fun afternoon barbecue with family and friends.
