The Royal Library of Denmark was founded in 1648 by Friedrich III and has a history of more than three hundred years. The new Black Diamond Library was built in Copenhagen in 1999 as a extension of the Royal Library. There is actually a road between the new building and the old building. The two halls are connected by several bridges. The 200-square-meter masterpiece of the famous painter Per Kirkeby is dotted with the black diamond library leading to the ceiling of the Royal Library Residence Bridge. There is a feeling of crossing time and space. The main entrance of the new building faces the harbor, and the black mirror image shoots the sea and the sky. The design of the main body is simple, the scale is magnificent, and the structure is simple. On the other hand, the main entrance of the old building is classical and elegant, covered with green vegetation, and the sense of history is very heavy. The old and new museums are very different in style, but they are perfectly combined. very interesting.
