Mount Moiwa Observation Deck (Moiwa Sancho Station, 1 Moiwayama, Sapporo) – Open 10:30-22:00. Ride the ropeway, catch panoramic sunset views of Sapporo city. 2. Otaru Steam Clock (4 Sumiyoshicho, Otaru) – Open 24/7. Snap pics of this classic, whistling steam clock by the canal; Otaru is also THE spot for fresh sushi and sashimi. 3. Shikisai-no-oka Panoramic Flower Gardens (Biei, Shinsei, Kamikawa District) – Hours change seasonally (May: 8:40-17:00, June-Sept: 8:40-17:30).
