Japanese-style park hidden in the desert mountains~Asticou Azalea Garden Holidays came to the northeast port with my family to play in the desert mountains. Originally built in 1956, the garden is an elegant natural fantasy world full of wonderful visual enjoyment. When the garden was built early, designs were proposed that combine aspects of the Japanese walk garden with Maine's unique coastal environment, rocks, water and vegetation. When you visit the experience, you can know that the garden is not about2-3 acres, surrounded by Japanese bamboo and cedar fences, and create a quiet and thoughtful place next to the busy road. There are several waterscape facilities in the garden in a secluded corner, and many beautiful sculptures and Japanese stone lanterns. The design is just right, water, plants and rocks remind you of a Japanese garden without brocade! About 20 minutes walk, you will find a special sand garden and a pond surrounded by native trees and rocks. Through the road, we will see a large number of carefully trimmed flowers in rows, as well as butterflies and bees around, which is definitely a lovely attraction for nature lovers and meditators.
