I really like this original Dong village without tickets, guides and vendors. It's really a beautiful life with green mountains and rivers.
My hometown has a charming scenery. The people here are honest and diligent, without the hypocrisy of city dwellers!
Taro Dong Village was built in Hongwu period of Ming Dynasty (1368-1398). The buildings are situated in the mountains and have typical Dong style. Drum Tower, Gate Tower, Lushengchang, Ancient Well, Pavilion, Sa Sui Tan, Ancient Tomb Group, Residential Wooden Building and Qingshibanyi Road are all available and well preserved. After a section of Lusheng Tower, you can climb to the viewing platform to see the panorama. There are many drum towers in Taro Dong Village. As long as you swim all the drum towers on the map, you can basically swim all over the village. Perhaps in the planning of the corridor, the villages such as Taro and Dong Zhai need to keep the original flavor for tourists to visit and sketch, so they are not allowed to be too commercial. Therefore, taro has only 1-2 accommodation and restaurants. Meat materials are relatively not rich and the price is not cheap. All catering, accommodation and entertainment reception are concentrated in Huangdu Dong Culture Village. If that's the case, I agree with you personally.
The scenic spot is beautiful and the environment is very good. I'll go again next time.
Very good program, wonderful local characteristics! The house keeps its original ecology, does not have too much commercial atmosphere, is quiet, peaceful and comfortable, it is worth visiting! The staff of the scenic area are also very enthusiastic, because there is no car, they invited me to take a bus back to the county!
A well-preserved stockade in the deep mountains, with few visitors, simple folk customs and scenery everywhere!
