The Wenchang Emperor of Xinzhuang Wenchang Temple was originally a side hall of the Ciyou Palace. Later, in the eighteenth year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1813 AD), Fu Duanquan, the prime minister of Mengka County, and Chen Shizhang, the official, moved to the site to build an independent temple. In addition to Emperor Wenchang, there are also Kuidouxingjun and the literati Shengxian of all dynasties. The architectural format of Wenchang Temple is the traditional three-sided courtyard style, mostly decorated with simple and elegant wood art, with a simple and elegant style. Xinzhuang is not only an important commercial town, but Wenchang Temple also represents the flourishing of literary style since the Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty. Wenchang Temple has a history of nearly 200 years since its establishment.
