Youth has no price tag, getting injections all the way to Lhasa, the impromptu Tibet trip of two sisters. Day1-2: A routine of hotel and hospital. Day3: Barkhor Street and its surrounding areas, indulging in various recommended eateries and fun places suggested by outsiders to outsiders. Day4: Planned to visit Potala Palace and the Heaven Post Office, as well as Medicine King Mountain, but ended up being brainwashed by an auntie right after lunch into taking a limited one-day 'Tibetan beauty' photo shoot. Originally planned for the last day, by the time we finished choosing photos, all the attractions were closed, leaving us to casually enjoy the night view. Day5-6: A two-day tour in Nyingchi, can't remember the names of all the places we visited, just know we stayed by the Yarlung Tsangpo River, with a view of Mount Namjagbarwa from the window, a sight not often seen by many, not sure if it counts as 'sunlit golden mountain'. Day7: What a coincidence, it was November 1st, the start of winter travel in Tibet, with most attractions free of charge. Saved 200 yuan visiting Potala Palace, climbing up to the 13th floor was indeed tiring, but the guided tour was really interesting. The exit leads to the Heaven Post Office and the song 'A'Diao', just a pity that Medicine King Mountain was temporarily closed for renovation. Started visiting popular snack shops, ending up with a mouth ulcer. Day8-11: A four-day tour to Mount Everest, had planned an additional five-day tour to Namtso, but it was closed due to snowfall during those days. Left some regrets, will visit again when the 'Gate of the Holy Elephant' is open. Along the 318, first visited Yamdrok Lake, a blue that can't be captured by a phone, followed by Karola and others, hung prayer flags, scattered Lungta, stayed in Shigatse, took the classic tourist photo at Everest, got my scalp wind-chapped while squatting for the 'sunlit golden mountain'. It's a pity that the base camp was canceled, where's the promised stargazing and wild disco? The 108 bends in the mountain road could confuse me, casually snapping photos at Qilin Gorge. Day12: Back to Lhasa, indulging in hotpot and meat, leisurely strolling around Day13: Leisurely lunch, then the ✈️ back to Shenzhen in the afternoon. In summary, if you don't go to Tibet, you'll always long to go; when you're in Tibet and not feeling well, you can't wait to go home. So, before entering Tibet, you really need to plan well and rest well. If you ask me if I want to go again, at least not in the near future. If I do, it would be a self-driving trip to Ali!!!

The great Tang Dynasty poet Du Fu once dreamed of the peach blossoms of Nyingchi in his poems, and though he never set foot there, his heart had already taken flight. Here, every peach blossom seems to tell an ancient tale, narrating the changes of history. Nyingchi is not only enchanting for its natural landscapes but is also one of the important birthplaces of Tibetan culture. The legendary stories of Pangu creating the world and Shennong tasting hundreds of herbs have left deep marks here. The predecessor of the Potala Palace, Tsongzanlin Monastery, is located here, witnessing the prosperity and development of Tibetan culture. Walking through the streets and alleys of Nyingchi, one can feel the strong religious atmosphere and ethnic characteristics everywhere. Every temple, every prayer flag, and every scripture speaks of the devotion to faith. The natural beauty of Nyingchi is even more astonishing. The Yarlung Tsangpo River meanders here, with undulating mountains and swirling clouds, resembling a natural ink painting. Along the Nyang River, wildflowers are everywhere, the grass is green, and yaks and sheep graze leisurely by the river, presenting a peaceful and harmonious pastoral life. Every scene here is like a painting meticulously arranged by nature, bringing peace of mind and making one forget the troubles of the world.

Lotus Secret Realm - Motuo Thanks to Zhang Qiling from 'Tomb Notes', we have added Motuo as a tourist destination in this trip. Base: Bomi Bomi is the starting point, with a double-entry and single-exit, entering Motuo on July 4 and leaving on July 5. Passing through the Galong Tunnel and entering the territory of Motuo, Motuo is the last county town with a highway, and many people make this trip specifically to experience the Motuo highway. The winding and tortuous old highway, many sections of which have been washed away. For the washed-away sections, it would be very difficult for a sedan to pass, and there are two sections of bad roads where the chassis of city off-road vehicles will be scraped. In addition, Motuo is rainy, with clouds and fog, so please do not drive too fast. Main checkpoints on the road: waterfall, Buddha's handprint, car washing section (you can see banana trees all over the mountains on the road, and there are also small bananas with the special flavor of Motuo for sale on the roadside). After arriving in Motuo, you can go around this small county town, which can be finished quickly. Accommodation: Hotels in Motuo are relatively more expensive than in Bomi, we chose a hotel that costs 300 per night, the room facilities are okay. Catering: Stone pot chicken and Menba hand-grabbed rice. Main attractions after entering Motuo: Gogotang Big Bend - Yarlung Zangbo River Big Bend, Green Village, Renqin Temple.
