Chef Chase Kojima deserves every single accolade bestowed on him. Dishes are exquisite, innovative and totally refreshing. Try the "new" style sashimi and sushi rolls. Robata dishes are also strong.

The $60 sashimi platter is an amazing starter BUT make sure you order some toro or oysters -totally worth it and so fresh. Four different dipping sauces provided = great for all palettes

Everything was yum. The tuna tataki was sensational. I enjoyed the yuzu Bellini. I got our booking date wrong and the staff did their best to accommodate us ❤️
