We have just returned from a 7 day break at The Paradise Hotel. We had one of the garden view rooms which is in need of a refurbishment. It was plenty big enough and clean, bed was comfy but it was a little tired looking. The sink was huge making getting in the bathroom tricky to say the least, it was half the size of the bath! The buffet style food was really good and there was only one night where we felt a bit underwhelmed. The rest of the meals at breakfast and dinner were great and it was nice to have the chefs out checking stuff at the serving places all the time. The garden and pool area were lovely but need a little polishing. The staff were all brilliant but a special shout out to Harris who is one of the greatest waiters/concierge you could ever find. We sat and watched him work over the week and I can honestly say he just never stops! He seemed to have got stuff done before you even asked and when you did it took seconds to be put right. He and the younger girl (cut finger, cannot remember her name) and the other lady Slovenian (?) were also wonderful. All in all not only with the great service and location, we both said we would like to return and that has never happened before. Well done Paradise Staff.

Myself and my boyfriend spent 10 nights here and it was just ideal. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very professional. The room is very clean and is equipped with the basics you need. The location is perfect, with only meters from the beautiful beach and a few minutes of a walk to the local bars, shops and restaurants. The breakfast included every morning was plentiful. Good selection and well organised. This hotel is perfect for couples or families. It is so relaxing and good value for money.

Popi Star offers great value for money if you want to be near Corfu town. We found the rooms spacious and clean. Arriving at 1:30 am we still received a warm welcome. The towels were soft and the bedding was crisp and well made. The buffet breakfast was generous with good variety. The staff were friendly. We are frequent visitors to Corfu and use the Popi Star as a first stop near the airport before moving on to further destinations later in the holiday. We would say as a budget hotel its hard to beat.
