Our room was upgraded which we really appreciated. Location was great, near convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants and the Opera House. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Welcome drinks were provided.

First room hadn't been cleaned, but we were moved into another. It was very hot to start and took time to cool, but was okay eventually. Average space and bathroom.

The room was decent in size and amenities. The staff was polite. The breakfast was enough. I wish I could say more positive things, but my experience from the time of booking was marred by a lack of customer care on their part. The guest experience actually starts from the time of booking until check-out. How can a hotel confirm a booking and not provide a confirmation number to a guest? I sent an email and would have not been replied to had a call not been made 48 hours later as a follow-up. So what then is the point of providing an email address that is unattended?

There is no free laundry room, so service needs to be improved. Otherwise, everything else was quite good. The meals were decent, and it's not too far from the subway station. Some staff can speak a little English too. Overall, pretty good!

Staff is super-super friendly and helpful Owner should invest a bit and renovate at least the bathrooms by installing real shower cabins…

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are lovely and very gentle. It's very close to the Grand Theatre, making it the perfect choice if you need to catch a long-distance bus from there, like I did. There's also a direct airport bus that goes straight to the Grand Theatre. I honestly regretted only staying one night here; it's very quiet and budget-friendly. However, it's true that the hotel is a bit older.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent service. The location is great. The only downsides were the incredibly stiff faucets in the bathtub and at the sink, making it hard to get a comfortable water temperature – it was either too hot or too cold. The piping for the bathtub faucet also got extremely hot when in use, posing a burn risk.
