The breakfast selection is limited, but everything is delicious—especially the bread and noodle soups. The restaurant offers a view of the lake, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while dining. The bathroom fixtures are of high quality, and the bed is very comfortable with impeccably clean bedding. The overall interior decoration is quite nice, but unfortunately, the wardrobe had a terrible chemical smell! The odor hits you the moment you swipe the key card and open the door, forcing us to sleep with both the air conditioning and windows on. If we weren't staying for just 2 or 3 days, we definitely would have changed hotels. Management really needs to address the wardrobe odor, perhaps by placing activated charcoal inside the closets and green plants in the bedroom...

My colleague snored after drinking, so I escaped to the living room sofa to sleep. I asked the front desk for a blanket three times and never got one. With the air conditioning on, I was shivering; with it off, I was stifling hot. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told there were no vacancies. As a frequent hotel guest, I am very upset that they couldn't even provide a blanket. This is my first negative review ever.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We were traveling through Hanoi to another city and decided to stay here again on our way back. We didn't even want to try experimenting with other places. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and equipped so well that you could live there long-term, just like your own apartment. The staff is incredibly friendly!

The air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto my head, and even with the AC on the lowest setting, my head was uncomfortable all night. Everything else was pretty good! For breakfast, they had freshly made pho and various made-to-order eggs.

The breakfast was consistently fresh, tasty, and offered a great selection to start the day right. Every morning, we could take our time enjoying our meal and begin the day on a pleasant note. The apartment's location was perfect. Everything we needed was close by, yet it was quiet enough to relax after an eventful day. We couldn't have asked for a better base. Our room was spacious, modernly furnished, and had an incredibly comfortable bed where we slept wonderfully. The cleanliness was impeccable; truly everything was very, very clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing; the amenities left nothing to be desired and were thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. A definite highlight was the Japanese toilet, which opened and flushed itself – an amazing feature that delighted us every single time. You don't see something like this every day outside of Japan, and it emphasizes the high standard and attention to detail of this apartment. The staff were super friendly, always helpful, and genuinely warm. Hospitality is truly lived here. We were completely happy and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. We will definitely be back – a place that truly stays in your memory!

Excellent! The view of West Lake is unbeatable. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, and all the appliances are Korean brands, which is a nice touch.

The room was spotless and tidy, with a large balcony offering sunset views. The breakfast area also had a beautiful view and a great selection of local delicacies. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and spoke Chinese!
