Great hotel, very good breakfast with nice food options. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly service. Very convenient location if you plan to visit the prison, and also much more quiet than old quarter if you seek some calmness. We also really liked the relaxing jacuzzi , sauna and stream room next to the swimming pool and gym room. Highly recommend !

Great stay with excellent facilities! The hotel is in a good location—within walking distance of the Old Quarter, though slightly outside the center, making it quieter. For the price, the room was remarkably spacious and clean. The facilities were a major highlight: a 24-hour gym, a free 24/7 laundry room with washers and dryers, and a lovely pool open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM (which includes a sauna!). Once checked in, the staff and concierge were incredibly responsive and provided fast, helpful support over WhatsApp. If I had to pick a couple of minor drawbacks: Pre-check-in customer service could be improved, as I couldn't get assistance with restaurant reservations prior to arrival. The shower water pressure was fairly average—though this seems to be common across Hanoi's Old Quarter and even on cruise trips in the area! Overall, it's great value and I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel has a great location, with plenty of local food and snack shops nearby. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Lily at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, and she also recommended several great local restaurants for us to try. We really enjoyed our stay!

**A Pleasant Stay for a Solo Traveler** I had a very pleasant stay here as a solo traveler. I chose this hotel for a few reasons. First, it had consistently high ratings across several platforms I checked. Second, I was specifically looking for a room with a bathtub. And third, the room rate was quite affordable while still being conveniently located—not too far from the city center. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful. The first staff member who saw me quickly came to help with my luggage, which was a great first impression. The front desk staff member who assisted me could also speak Thai and was extremely friendly. He even shared some local food recommendations with me, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to use the facilities. I did have a look at the swimming pool, which was quite small from my perspective, but overall I was still impressed with the hotel. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and I especially loved the bathtub. 🛁 During my stay, I explored Hanoi on foot by myself and also used Grab quite a lot. One thing I really appreciated was the discount offered on Grab rides to and from the hotel. (I saw it accidentally on Grab with offer code myself - no sponsor) This was such a great benefit and made getting around even more convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely consider staying again—not only at this branch, but also at their other properties in the future. A great choice for a solo traveler visiting Hanoi!

The location is pretty good and the room is also cozy! Will come back for next trip!!!

Staffs are really friendly and helpful at check in and out. English is super fluent for easy communication. Location is only 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. With access to all different cuisines around the area.

i had a great stay at M Village Tho Nhuom, the room was big, the staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate any questions / requests although we only stayed for a day. the location was great, could get to popular attractions & great food within walking distance or short grab rides. will definitely come back in the future!
