There's a Haidilao hot pot restaurant on the second floor, which is great for Chinese food cravings. There are also many shopping malls nearby and a snack street right across the road. It's very convenient, as you can get here directly from Incheon Airport by bus in about an hour.

My first impression of the front desk staff was very disappointing. They lacked basic service mind, were unhelpful, and did not provide any guidance or information. There was no explanation about facilities or even discount coupons.      On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did a great job, and the location is good — very convenient, close to both bus stops and the subway.      However, due to the poor service at the front desk, I would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is really close to Myunghwa Live Hall, just a 400m walk straight ahead. There's also a Haidilao hot pot nearby, and the shopping area is quite extensive. However, the hotel itself is just so-so in every aspect. The subway tracks are right downstairs, and it's extremely noisy, so light sleepers beware! Its only real advantage is its location.

I booked the premier king room ( with two sofas) but they gave me a premier room (without sofa) that is really noisy. I barely slept for the first few hours . Until I asked if I can change the room. I asked for partially refund or maybe other sort of compensation. However, in the end, the manager doesn’t think they are wrong and of course I didn’t get any refund back. They blamed at me that “ oh you signed it right? Didn’t you?!l” Well I check-in at 1ish in the morning, I was really exhausted from a 12 hour flight. Why a 4 star chain hotel blamed at customer what they had done wrong ?( giving me the wrong room that I didn’t book in the beginning ) Meanwhile, they do have a vacant one available !!!! When I booked the hotel online I didn’t pick the cheapest one, how do I know it will be a super super noisy one in the very beginning This is the worst hotel experience in my life ever !!

Service: The front desk staff were great, accommodating all reasonable requests, and the housekeeping team was also very friendly. Environment: The area is safe and transportation is convenient. After getting off the 6007 airport bus, it's just a two-minute walk to the hotel lobby. Yeongdeungpo Station (Line 1) is a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Facilities: The equipment is well-maintained and looks new, with no damage, and is easy to use. Especially the power outlets, which directly fit Chinese appliance plugs.

Overall the hotel is clean, modern and convenient as it's next to ktx station and subway station with malls around but it is still around 30 mins to 45 mins away from major tourist area. If it wasn't cheap, wouldn't pick this location again. The hotel is good but just little far. Lobby is small with always many luggages hanging around.
