The two guys at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room itself was fantastic – clean, hygienic, and quiet! It's also super close to Lujiazui's shopping malls. I highly recommend booking this place when you're in town!

I chose this Home Inn for its convenient location, and it turned out to be full of pleasant surprises. The room was larger than I expected, with good natural light, and the soundproofing was surprisingly effective – I barely heard anything from next door, which made for a great night's sleep. Came here for the F3 concert at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to the arena in just two stops. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a great wet/dry bathroom separation, and everything is very clean. The front desk staff, especially the guy, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Great value for money! 😄

The soundproofing is excellent, and the blackout curtains really do their job, as shown in pictures 2 and 3. There's even a second lock, which made me feel very safe traveling alone. Home Inn really gets extra points for that! When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, so I didn't have to go downstairs. The environment is great and it's very clean too.

Your front desk service is efficient but your room service is very slow, they need to be reminded everytime in order to come clean the room and they don't even clean every part of the room, nor do they change the sheets. The rooms have odour, and people smoking from another and odor smells in my room. And also loud noise from others rooms

For this price, the facilities exceeded expectations. The bed was comfortable, and they provided both high and low pillows. The environment was very quiet; I even slept with the window open and didn't experience any annoying noise. It was surprisingly good.
