Royal Torarica

A beautiful and well-maintained hotel with clean common areas, a good breakfast, a lovely pool, and a very nice outdoor area. The staff and the other facilities work very well. Unfortunately, the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, and there was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room. We changed rooms twice, but unfortunately the smell was just as strong in all of them. It is a real shame, because otherwise the hotel is very good and almost everything else works perfectly.

Great hotel very clean staff very helpful , would be great to have casual restaurant or coffee shop. Over all would stay again

The Torarica Hotel is located in an excellent spot, offering easy access to key attractions and a pleasant surrounding area. However, the overall experience does not justify the high price. The fitness center is outdated and poorly maintained, making it unsuitable for a proper workout. Service is slow, and staff seem more focused on enforcing rules than providing a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the quality and service level are more in line with a solid 2-star hotel. (Swimming pool opens around 08:00 and gym is not 24h open).

Staff were pleasant, rooms need updating and properly cleaned, a lot of scuff marks and general dusty, there is an unpleasant odor in the entire property and at the moment the only washrooms available on the ground floor are around the back of the property as the ones within the hotel are under repair, the bar by the pool was not open and in general the food was only average, not a lot of choice especially on the room service.

Be mindful while mentioning ur room number at the resort Someone else can use ur room number for their bill. U might end up paying for someone else’s food and stuff
