The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is great and the breakfast was satisfying as well. I highly recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Hanoi!

All the staff are friendly, and the female staff member wearing glasses speaks English very well. I visited for my birthday, and they even prepared a little surprise event for me. During breakfast, they checked in on our itinerary and asked if we had a comfortable night. The room condition is clean and spacious. Since the air quality in Hanoi isn't great, I didn't mind not having a window. I used a shower filter, and it stayed clean throughout my 4-night stay, so you can use it with peace of mind. The location is also great for sightseeing, and I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for one in Hanoi.

I spent a long time picking a hotel in Hanoi before finally choosing Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel, but to be honest, I was quite disappointed. First of all, it's located in the Old Quarter right by the road, making it extremely noisy. The entrance is small, though the building is fairly tall. The room was tiny—even smaller than an average budget business hotel like Ji Hotel back home. At 750 RMB a night, you could easily stay at a 5-star hotel in a second-tier Chinese city. It was such a letdown. Breakfast was decent with plenty of variety, but apart from the pho, nothing really suited my taste. The service, however, was good—the staff proactively helped carry our luggage. Overall, it just didn't feel worth the money at all.

The food, service, and rooms were all absolutely fantastic. If I ever visit Hanoi again, I would definitely stay here. The location was also great.

This hotel is located right in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The butler, Zoe, was also very attentive. It's a 10-minute walk to the night market, making both shopping and sightseeing very convenient. You can even see Hoan Kiem Lake from the rooftop bar. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi.

The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and very close to the famous egg coffee spot and several other restaurants. The facilities are generally complete. Breakfast is served at the 11th-floor restaurant, featuring an à la carte menu with pho and eggs; while the selection isn't huge, the food tastes very good. There is also a rooftop sky bar—I had a drink there one evening, mainly for the fantastic view. Additionally, the spa therapists are well-trained, prices are standard, and the service is great. Overall, it's a hotel with a fantastic location, excellent service, and decent facilities—perfect for those who enjoy exploring the Old Quarter. Just a heads-up: it gets quite crowded on weekends with some local traffic restrictions, so cars may need to drop off or park about a block away.
