The hotel hás poor management skills and my check in was Full of Just wait a minute... Do not recommend the placa at all! It is overpriced for the poor quality and service. Unfortunatly everything is the problem of the high Seasons. Not a great excuse as several clients complaining at the same time.

Stay anywhere else mold.issues and many issues with equipment and room. All staff besides cleaning services are extremely rude. Front desk doesnt care when notified of issues

Not many great options for hotels in BC. Got the largest room available I could find and it was at this hotel. Power outages for multiple hours a couple times during my stay (while I was on the 9th floor).
Had to ask numerous time for staff to provide housekeeping which never came throughout my entire 4 day stay. Overall a very mediocre experience and I already had low expectations.
Check in was slightly difficult as no one spoke English despite having “Welcome” spelled in 5 languages on their sign.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, funcionários muito atenciosos, as acomodações confortáveis, café da manhã bem variado e atende a dietas fit. As acomodações são recém reformadas, trazendo um aspecto de novo ao ambiente. O hotel é completo e o ponto alto foi o conforto encontrado, aliado a gentileza e presteza dos funcionários tanto da recepção, quanto dos demais setores

Estacionamento muito caro, consegui um muito proximo pela metade do preço, Wi-Fi não funciona mesmo nas áreas comuns, atendimento da recepção nada simpatico, café da manhã e limpeza dos quartos ok. Pelo mesmo preço tem opções melhores em hospedagem em Balneario Camboriú.

Vale a pena. Voltaríamos novamente. Pontos fracos para melhorar: estacionamento tão caro que é fora da realidade; necessidade de modernizar os elevadores; colocar gerador os elevadores; melhorar alimpeza( teve uma barata voadora no quarto) maior variedade no café damanha Pontos fortes: localização, quartos amplos e cama confortável com destaque para edredons e travesseiros; horário do café da manhã, ar condicionado funciona, wifi excelente; atendimento da recepção, café da manhã saboroso com destaque para a máquina de moer grãos de café.

Péssima experiência. Chegamos às 03:00 da manhã, ao chegar no quarto sentimos cheiro forte de tinta fresca, impossível de ficar, descemos e pedimos outro quarto, nós atenderam. Nós colocaram um quarto pequeno, pelo valor pago na diária deveria ser algo bem melhor. Cadê da manhã mediano. O pior de tudo…. Ao sair me cobraram R$ 80,00 de diária de estacionamento, inacreditável…. Nem na balada cobram isso…. Ridículo
