The hotel offers a central position Our room was on the ground floor behind reception, and the window looked onto a wall within a few feet. It felt depressing. The key did not work properly, and even the receptionist had trouble getting us back in to the room When we went to breakfast there were no tables free and a long queue had formed. We had to decamp to the bar where service was very slow and hence when we were due to be picked up for a tour, we were not ready. As others have remarked breakfast is basic, no choice, but we found it quite acceptable In the end it is down to the traveller if they want to trade of the position and price of this hotel, for spending more to avoid the problems we had here

Nice tourist hotel with a relaxed feel, helpful staff and in an interesting area of Bogotá. Buildings in the neighbourhood are art-deco design, and are slightly shabby but full of character. You can walk down to Carrera 10 in about 10 minutes. The hotel is clean with good sized rooms and really helpful staff. We turned up at around 4 in the morning and there was someone to check us in and give us a welcome drink.

Great location and lovely hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, nice rooms and cozy. They provide a great breakfast and the location could not be better. I highly recommend the charming hotel.

Casa Deco is a small boutique hotel in every sense. Located in the heart of the heart of downtown Bogota the location is absolutely perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and friendly. Staff is very friendly. Waiter acts as porter and receptionist lends a hand at the breakfast table when needed. The central staircase in the courtyard is the spine of the structure. The common areas look very well cared for. The room is fine, the bed good. Negative point is the shower. Spacious and with a modern sliding glass door, but little water pressure and not really hot. Separate mention deserves the breakfast with fresh fruit juice changing every day and a large portion of fruit salad (full of local fruits) and fresh eggs prepared to your choice.

We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite but really was more like a large double room with a small balcony. In the heart of La Candelaria so rather noisy but we were expecting that. Area is much safer than we had been lead to believe. Bit grubby but very vibrant and so close to all the main sights. The most comfortable bed to date after 10 days of touring Columbia. Decent shower. Water was just about hot enough. Friendly helpful staff. Nice ambience. Very security conscience and front door always locked with someone on reception to let you in. Breakfast is very good. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is a real house where i felt just like home. Very interesting emerald tour organised by the hotel administrator himself, very well located hotel, quiet, very nice rooms. Very good beds, no elevator but only 2 floors and staff will help you with luggage. Klimt paintings everywhere...

The hotel was neat and welcoming, the design had a lovely touch of art deco. It is conveniently located in the vibrant Candelaria district. All staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and versatile. Highly recommended.

Great location & lovely deco feel, but extremely noisy at night. Best thing you can do is get out there and join the party 😂. The breakfast waitress was fantastic. The most animated of our trip. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind too.

Nice room, staff friendly. Breakfast options appealing. Good location if you want to be in the Candaleria. Walkable location. Urban noise level at night so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.
