Made a reservation and paid online for triple room ( 3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed).
However upon check in was only given a double bed room, was told this was because i made a booking for 2 adults and 1 child.
Told the receptionist and gave him the proof of booking a triple room (EXPECTING IT TO BE 3 BEDS or 1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 SINGLE BED) however was told that it is not possible as it was written 2 adults and 1 child.
I am extremely frustrated as i was not given the triple room as i have already booked a triple room with trip.com. no refund what so ever.
It was not comfortable at all to sleep in a double bed with 3 persons in it even though the 3rd person is a child.

Was best viewed of city of Bursa while eating buffet breakfast on top floor so we decided to stay more n enjoy

Small elevator and you still have to walk up or down stairs to get to elevator. Front desk was not very helpful. Shower needs some upgrades. Water comes out. Only soup included

The property is in a nice location, right at the city center, the place is a bit on the older side, but for the price is not bad, the only gripe I have is that we stayed there for four days and none of the days was the cleaning service performed in our room.
