At the entrance it looked nice. The room was not really clean . A lot of mold . The mirror in the badroom had about hundred fingerprints on it . The day after when roomservice had been they were still there . Unhealthy breakfast and all plates and cups had pieces missing or broken . 1 of the persons at the reception did not speak one of the many languages I speak so no information . English , french , croatian , flemish , dutch or german . No minibar even it says so and bad wifi .

I cant believe this hotel has 4.8points with cleanliness! This is bacterial residence! Also threating people with google translated foreign languages (see last pic) if you make business,you have to consider discard/amortization instead of threating people…

Modern hotel very close to many sightseeing locations. My single room was very small but clean with a nice view through a slim window. Internet connection wasn’t stable in my room but efficient in the lobby area. I liked the spacious roof top breakfast lounge with beautiful city view and friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient and good quality. You should better take the crosswalk on the left to visit Turkish Bazaar located on the opposite side of the street. Avoid the dirty footbridge on the right, it smells terrible. They smoke everywhere in North Macedonia

Balkan turunda iki gece konakladık odalar idare eder eski model yemek fix menü bir akşam köfte bir akşam tavuk vardı ve tatlı yemekler lezzetliydi sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe iyiydi yemek ve kahvaltıyı terasta yapıyorsun çok zevkli.En iyi özelliği çarşıya yakın olması yürüyerek 10 dakikada çarşıdasın bir daha gidersem tercih ederim

Balkan turumuz sırasında iki gece konakladık. Odadaki eşyalar mobilyalar yeniydi ancak odanın dışarı bakan bir penceresi yoktu. Tamamen karanlıkta, dört duvar bir oda. Heykeller meydanına ve Eski Türk Çarşısına ***et yakın. Konumu güzel.

Eine absolute Sauerei! 3 Tage vor der Ankunft wurde uns wegen angeblich fehlerhaften Kreditkarten-Daten die Buchung vom Hotel einfach storniert. Weder meine Kreditkarte, noch die von meinem Mann wurde akzeptiert. Unsere Karten funktionierten auf der ganzen Reise einwandfrei und wurden sonst überall akzeptiert. Als ich das Hotel anschrieb, wurde mir völlig unkooperativ und unrfeundlich zurückgeschrieben, dass das halt so sei und der Fehler nicht bei Ihnen liege. Mussten uns also kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. So eine Frechheit haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Sabahın 2 sinde girip, kahvaltı sonrası çıktığımız bir otel. Temiz, personel yardımcı, Türkçe biliyorlar az çok sıkıntı çekmezsiniz. Kahvaltı fena değil. Ama bizim kahvaltılar gibi beklemeyin. Olumsuz bir şey yaşamadık.

Это вообще не отель 4*. Остановились в Gold Suite. В номере грязные и стены, и полы.
Не работал климат-контроль. Чтобы его починить, нужно было приоткрыть окно, а от этого сквозняк в январе. Простудил спину и мучаюсь до сих пор.
На завтрак кладут сильно обветренную колбасу. Уже от ее вида можно отравиться. И омлет, пожаренный не на первом масле.
В номерах нет элементарных вещей, как вода, щётка. Коридоры прокуренные, хотя курение запрещено.
Если бы не предоплата, я бы съехал оттуда в первые 5 минут. Я думаю, что нужно отменить предоплату для этого отеля. Это позор
