They kicked us out at 22:00 after we just landed in cagliari because I didnt have my creditcard physicly here (had it on apple wallet tho). As I sayed goodbye he just closed the door on us and we had to stay somewhere else. The next day we wanted to come back he didnt answer his phone. After a few houers he just replied that our room is canceled we cant come back even tho we payed everything already!!! So rude!!!! Now we just wait to get our money back. Never have I ever experienced something like that. Very very rude. Would absoloutly not recommend this place.

I have never been so disappointed, the host was arrogant and rude. Not even worth a star! I really dont get why this accomadation has it's high ratings. If you unfortunately do decide to stay here, please do not check in after 9pm. The host will steal your money and won't let you check in.

Very bad and unfriendly!!! Alessandro is an arrogant *****!! We got stuck on the road and informed them that we would be later to check in. Refused and did not search for any solution. I offered to meet him where he would be at that time, refused. I asked for a refund then, denied. I told him that I would write a review if he would neither accommodate, nor refund me. He got agressive and arrogant. Told me that he would never accommodate me. I told him that I paid two nights, so I would book a hotel for that night and would come check in the next day. Even that was denied!!! DONT BOOK HERE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF THEY GET THE CHANCE! THIEFS.

Beautiful structure, impressive. Very large room and new bathroom with double shower. Boutique hotel furnishings. Very kind staff.
The only criticism is given by the location in the central area, but very noisy until late at night. In fact, plugs are provided to solve the problem. Maybe replacing the fixtures would solve the root problem.
