What all the previous reviews have said is true about this magical farmhouse. We stayed just one night, which was a Sunday on our way to Rome and we were just one of the few guests there. When we arrived, though, there were two different Baptismal lunch parties being held which were quite festive and loud that went on into the early evening hours. When we attempted to check there was an older woman who happened to be the owner of the beautiful estate in the reception area on the phone and her demeanor was one of annoyance at either of us interrupting her or the large noisy groups in the restaurant area. Either way, she called over a charming younger woman who checked us in. We never saw the owner again, but her staff was perfectly charming and helpful in our short stay. The location is perfect down on the plains of Tuscany with Cortona looming over head on the mountain. It was a welcome respite from the crowds we had just encountered in Venice and Florence, and we enjoyed walking out into the countryside.

The combination of rustic, historical charm with modern amenities, the incredibly helpful and personable staff and wonderful food made this one of our favorite stays ever. Very convenient to a multitude of locations in Tuscany and Umbria. A quiet, peaceful setting with many historic and iconic cities to explore close-by.

Just got back from an amazing stay here for three nights for a wedding party. Everything was so wonderful! The rooms and suites are clean and comfortable. It was so nice to relax at the pool with Aperol spritz in hand next to beautiful views of Tuscan fields and mountains. Make sure to sign up for a cooking class! The friendly staff provided excellent service, and they were so generous to let us experience the Tuscan culture. You can't go wrong with a stay at Le Terre Dei Cavalieri!

Le Terre dei Cavalieri will forever be my favorite hotel experience abroad and a definite recommendation for anyone looking for accommodations in the area. Marco and his staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful, and truly helped me to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool. We had access to other amenities I wasn't expecting in such a quaint spot - fast wifi, outlet converters, impressive water pressure... You will not be disappointed with your stay here!!

We had an incredible time at Le Terre dei Cavalieri and we didn’t want to leave! We were there for a close friend’s wedding, and our stay will be a lifelong memory for all of us in attendance. Marco and his staff are friendly, warm, and so helpful. The grounds are stunning, the accommodations are beautiful (and comfortable), and the food is amazing. This was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy!

One of the reasons why we chose this property is its proximity to Arezzo, and it was the best choice for the antiques market. The structure is magnificent, excellent services and very large and well-kept rooms. The restaurant is also excellent. The only drawback was the lack of organization in the breakfast service, which was varied and plentiful, but not managed in the best possible way.

Un posto meraviglioso, immerso nella campagna vicino a Cortona, un casale del 1700 finemente ristrutturato che conserva il suo fascino antico. Qui tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito, il personale cortese e attento. È il posto giusto se cercate relax e pace, oltre che bellezza per gli occhi. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante, da 10 e lode! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Sono stato più volte in questo magnifico locale,sia con amici che con la famiglia e ogni volta ho trovato un menù rinnovato e ricco di sapori che esaltano il territorio,cordialità del personale eccellente e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Un enorme grazie va allo chef Giampietro Andrisani che mi ha fatto assaggiare dei piatti che vi assicuro vi faranno immaginare un mondo parallelo a quello che si chiama ristorazione comune.Che dire...dovremo tornarci più spesso!!! SUPER CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

De familie, het team medewerkers, de omgeving, de kamers... Alles verdient nog steeds de algemene waardering van "Uitstekend"! Het jonge management heeft een extra dimensie gegeven aan die beoordeling. Met name de nieuwe chef heeft het restaurant van Le Terre dei Cavalieri opgewaardeerd en dat was duidelijk te zien en te horen aan de gasten dit niet verblijven op het domein, maar die enkel kwamen eten in het familiale restaurant. Sommigen vonden de prijssteling ongelooflijk in positieve zin. Proficiat Marco en je team. Wij tekenen voor de volgende 12 jaar! Misschien één opmerkingetje? De mozaïk van het zwembad is dringend aan herstelling toe.
