Holiday Inn DALLAS MARKET CTR LOVE FIELD

The hotel is updated and clean. But it was noisy, especially because of the many road near it. There is nothing the staff could do about the noise. In fact, the staff was very helpful and professional.

Brand new remodel that’s true, but there was no hot water in my room which of course I only discovered in the morning when I was late for my airplane. Additionally, the bathroom sink did not drain at all which in and of itself is disgusting, and it almost overflowed. There was also only one towel and no sugar or cream for the in room coffee maker. Also, there was no breakfast as promised at 6 AM And by 645 breakfast had still not even begun to be prepared. The front desk told me that “ she would be in sometime around seven because they’re not many people in the hotel“. Overall a tremendous disappointment.

Good choice close to Dallas love field airport

Cleanliness is the worst. The carpet has the tobacco smoke smell. Unpleasant room freshener. Had the room for a night and couldn't bear that. There was a homeless person sleeping on the 4th floors by the ice machine.

I used to love Ramada Hotels but this hotel and a couple of other Ramadas we stayed in on our road trip over the past week have destroyed my image of Ramada AND the Wyndham brand. The place is run down and very poorly maintained. The room was clean, spacious and serviceable, but the paint on the walls was bubbling and some places not even patched before paint was slapped on. There was a flatscreen TV, a functioning refrigerator and a microwave, and the bed was comfortable, though it was hard to find electrical outlets. . The staff was very nice but the hotel is very sad and run down.

I really dislike writing a less that awesome review however I must. This place is run down and overall atrocious. Everything is really old, chipped, stained and musty. The bed is comfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave which is good but otherwise it's a no. There aren't even charging ports. I had to unplug the light way under a table just to charge up. If you just want to sleep and really really don't care about anything else fine, otherwise it's a skip. A definite skip. THE BREAKFAST WAS ONLY BREAD, WAFFLES (that took forever to make), AND A UGLY LOOKING DONUT WITH COFFEE. That's it. No protein, some dried up apples etc. Hope they take the time to gut and refurbish this place. There's potential but right now....nahhhh

There were sevral burn holes in the comforter, and some sort of stain that looked like blood on the curtian. It seems that the establishment had low standards on what was clean. The employee at the check in was nice and knowledgeable.

I want to start with how much we love Ramada. We have stayed at a Ramada or other Wyndham hotels all over the country. Myself, my company, or the companies that hire us have always gotten excellent service and quality. Until this Ramada. We start off with the front desk getting an attitude and refusing the free early checkin that is advertised for Diamond Members at this hotel. It'll be a $30 fee, and a $50 deposit for the room. Not a big deal, we leave and go get lunch while we wait an hour. We come back at 3pm, to find out it will now be a $100 deposit for our room. No thanks, switch us rooms. While we wait to be checked in, because the remote checkin that is advertised as available for this hotel isn't actually available, the woman at the front answers the phone with an attitude, belittled the guest on the other end, and then hangs up. We get our keys and go to the room. The AC doesn't work. It's Texas. This is an issue. We fiddle and jiggle and get the AC running properly. The toilet has to be flushed two or three times per pee. There is no coffee pot. There are no plug-ins available for phones or laptops unless we want to unplug the lamps and TV and work in the dark. The elevator in the back smells like burning grease, and the elevator up front jams occasionally. Trapping guests inside. But neither elevator is blocked off. The hotel advertises free shuttles to the airport and local attractions on the website. They also offer a free breakfast. Wonderful things. There is no breakfast. They don't even offer single serve boxes of cereal and cartons of milk. There is no shuttle to DFW Airport, one of the busiest and largest airports worldwide, and there is no shuttle to local attractions. Ramada is typically pet friendly, but they do not accept pets. At this point I wasn't even going to ask about our working dogs being able to stay with us at this hotel. This hotel is cheap Motel 6 quality and service for a Ramada price. I will never again stay here, or allow my officers to stay here.
