This hotel is fine. It’s very basic and I was planning on giving it three stars. But on check out they accused me of breaking the seal of a 2l bottle of water in the mini bar and charged me for it. I was very clear that I didn’t do this, why would I break a seal on a bottle of water to then not drink anything from it? Why didn’t they give me the benefit of the doubt and believe me? Ridiculous. Also the pool is empty and derelict so we couldn’t swim. If you get offered this property as part of a tour ask if you can change.

I frequently visit Delhi for business and leisure trips . I also take a happy at Delhi for transit of international flights . While visiting and at transit I always stay at Rockland CR park hotel . It’s a lovely cozy beautiful and a warm hotel in the heart of Delhi . The location is ideal for me and I always book my Rooms through Vikas who has always given me such lovely Rooms , Vikas is such a through and an active professional. He makes my experience and stay at the hotel so comfortable and fun. Infact Vikas has so ***y times done bookings for me at the hotel even when I have called him last minute . He is always available rather available 24 hours to help and make your visit and stay so smooth and easy . I always look forward to stay at Rockland because it makes my stay and visit very relaxed and hassle free . The food here is also very well prepared and the service is so prompt . Thanks a lot Vikas and the entire team .

Best hotel for stay. Rooms are very clean and food is also very tasty. All the staffs are very cordial especially vikas ji. He is very polite and helpful. Will recommend everyone and give 5 star for pleasant stay

I have been staying at Hotel Rockland at Panchsheel Enclave since it's opening.... I find it at home always with warm welcoming personals as well as its owners... present ***agement including ***gers and staffs are excellent people, who treat their guests as family... looking forward to another visit and stay at hotel Rockland, Panchsheel Enclave, which is like my home at Delhi, again... our best wishes...

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel , which is 5 minutes walking from the metro station GK ,Rockland is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. . Breakfast is good and you can choose: your favorite food Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. And the staff here is also very good, especially Simon cleaned our room very well and also told us the way to go to the market and thanks that's boy . I will definitely stay there again.

Arrived late, and the check-in was fast and smooth. Excellent service and super friendly staff throughout the hotel. Highly recommended. Especially Ombeer the housekeeping ***ager was super helpful... Was having issue with shower but he solved it immediately for me..

Stayed here for two nights when I first arrived in Delhi and would definitely recommend. The rooms are a good size and clean, and the breakfast was good- also had some room service dinner. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and there is a nice roof terrace (unfortunately no water in the pool at the moment). Also a good location not right in the busy busy area but a close walk to a metro station

I recently stayed at Hotel Rockland, Delhi for a short getaway and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Miss Anju , Supervisor for making our stay comfortable and for her cordial support .Room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, there were a few minor drawbacks that prevented me from giving a perfect rating. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in my room was a bit spotty, which was frustrating when trying to work or stream videos. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a decent selection, I found the quality to be just average. Despite these small issues, I would still recommend Hotel Rockland for anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in the area
