This hotel was very convenient to Little Caesars Arena. There is free parking at the hotel. The unit was clean, but unit needs updating with its bed linens. We had only one pillow and the quilt was on the light side. The unit had a microwave and a mini fridge. There was a coffee maker , but no coffee or glasses for the coffee. The tv didn’t work as it needed to be specifically programmed to get any stations and there were no instructions as to how to do it. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful in letting us know how to get to the arena. I would stay again for an overnight stay as it was reasonably priced.

The hotel is clean and the people are friendly! But it is rundown! It is in a prime location! We wanted to be in a place with walking distance and for one night! If I can get that deal somewhere else I would take it! But it is safe and I love the parking lot!

Solid choice for a budget motel. Loved being in the core for a reasonable price. Condition of room is quite dated, but not bad at all.

The host was very accomodating. It's within walking distance to both Wayne State and downtown arenas, and it's well worn but comfortable. Would stay here for sure next time I'm in Detroit.

Dirty dirty , towels had stains from , who knows, case above window filthy , hasn’t been cleaned in over a year , bathroom dirty, oh mat outside looks 30 years old but it covers slippery tile , just really run down , sick and sad !!!!

The motel was perfect location! 1 mile from ford field and 5 min walk to ******! Rooms were perfect for a short stay and couldn’t have been more helpful! We will def be back

For the price the room was fine, there was a bed, running water, and heat/ac-there was a microwave and small refrigerator as well. I like the hardwood floors, not a fan of carpet.
