The room was lovely and clean and the location was ideal for me as was attending a conference in the conference centre five minutes away from the hotel.
The view from my room wasn't the best and there was some construction work in front of the hotel so it was abit too noisy but not the hotels fault..

Great to stay here. The room is wonderful with nice staffs. The location is great, it only takes within 6 min to Haymarket station.

Great customer service. We arrived earlier than expected and were offered a room that was already available and some welcome drinks too. Staff were very attentive and helpful and room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfortable and it was handy having parking on-site too. Only downside was the poor water pressure in the shower but I suspect this was due to us being on the fourth floor.

Service was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed breakfast with haggis option! Toasters inefficient. Lifts very slow and no obvious stairs option.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Haymarket station. If you are cycling, it's a 5 minute ride from the end of the Union Canal cycle path. Good range of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and very comfortable. This hotel had some mixed reviews from before, which made me hesitant to book it but I am glad I did. Would happily stay here again!

The room is quite small but it is close to the city centre and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is cosy and staffs are very friendly. The car park is £10 a day which I personally think it is quite expensive. Overall, our experience is good with Leonardo Royal.
