Where do I start? From a non-human check-in remote device that can’t provide a receipt? How about a long term “guest” who thinks he’s in the middle of nowhere and plays his music at volumes that would wake the dead every night? No, maybe the roach that scuttled across my chest while I was trying to fall asleep while the drunk with the loud radio on the other side of the building wails at 2am? Certainly it couldn’t be the valuables safe that didn’t work and no one could fix with fresh batteries!

Checkin at the Kiosk was different but the man was friendly and it took less than 5 mins. I liked it. The room was immaculate! Appeared to have been updated not long ago. Sheets were changed each day. Breakfast consisted of make your own hot waffles, muffins. Coffee cakes, coffee, cereal. Oj, milk, toast, croissants and more. Overall very nice place to stay. Had a nice pool area I would have used in warmer months.

This is the best place to stay in this area for the price. The desk and cleaning people are very nice and helpful, breakfast not great but quite acceptable, quiet- which counts big time for us- and an excellent location. It is a safe walking distance to many places to eat. The owners are renovating the rooms a few at a time, so the noise isn’t noticeable. We stayed here last year and chose to be here again this year.

Roaches everywhere. Bed sheets had multiple different color stains in them. Room was very damp and moldy. Sketchy parking lot. I did not even stay here both nights. Booked a different hotel for my second night it was so bad.

When we pulled into the parking lot of the hotel, we were greated by a fountain out front with statues of horses. From the outside, the hotel looked well maintained with stucco arches. Check-in was easy via the technological wonder of a kiosk. Our room smelled heavily of cleaning products which was comforting, and the beds were comfortable. After turning in for the night, we were woken up by a low flying plane from the airport nearby,followed by what sounded like several gunshots. We felt like we were in a movie! After that, the random people hanging out in the parking lot didn't seem as bad. However, the bugs that were sharing the room with us had no sense of personal space.

For the reasonable price I never expected it. When you open the rooms door you can smell how clean it is. Yes it’s an old building but super clean, comfortable bed, room is big enough. Close to airport, 25 mins to fort mayers beach, 40 mins to Naples, 35 mins to Miromar outlet mall. When you go to lobby for check-in you will connect to customer service on the screen and you will check-in easily. Good price, good service.

Very clean and comfortable. Except toilet sounded like it was going to explode every time you flushed it. Breakfast could have a few more healthy choices. Would stay here again.

Property was clean and well maintained. Our room smelled clean and absolutely no odour of smoke. I'm glad because I have respiratory problems.
Just found it unfriendly to be greeted by a computer. Please note there was staff cleaning and putting out the breakfast.
