Nice view. Very quiet place. Needs to drive. Room is comfy and view from bathroom is nice. Managed to see fireworks straight from room. Beautiful.

There was an exceptional housekeeper (Ms. Yama****a) making the room with a personalized touch; one yukata set on the bed I slept and new glasses on coasters where I used on the desk instead of putting all original places. This touch would make visitors special (probably old-school) but it won't be noticed unless you stay a couple of nights there.

長良川沿い。
長良川競技場には徒歩20分程度。競技場の臨時駐車場になる、リバーパークおぶさの駐車場もすぐ近くで使いやすかった。（徒歩は 10分）

老舗のホテルだと思いますが、館内は綺麗で清潔でした。
車で到着しましたが、スタッフの方からの声がけをいただけず、こちらから呼びに行かないといけなかったのが残念です。
また、ベッドサイドスタンドのスイッチのような大きな「非常時呼出」。
これは間違えて押してしまう人が多そうです。
長良川沿いにあり、ロケーションは良いと思います。

ベッドの上布団が、最近欧米でも一般的な、コンフォートを布団カバーで包む様式ではなく、シーツとベッドカバーの組み合わせだったのが、とても貧乏くさく、残念でした。あと、朝食が9時までが残念でした。他は、とても快適でした。

公式サイトからの予約、お部屋お任せとあったがまさかの和室。 部屋は廃墟旅館かの様な手入れされていない掃除も満足にされていない。 仕事終わりですぐに休みたかったので、フロントに電話して布団は自分でひくのか問い合わせると後で係りの方が参りますとの回答。 そのまま寝落ちしそうだったので、ドアに起こさないで下さい札を掛けていたにも関わらず、その後掃除係りの方がマスターキーで部屋を開け入って来られた。 フロントに苦情の電話を入れ、責任者と言う男性2人が部屋へ来たが、的を得ないトンチンカンな2人。ただ、そのばしのぎで何をしに来たのか全く呆れた。 それでも、インバウンドが始まりつつあるのか、外国人の方々の姿も見え始めていたが、この様なホテルだと日本人として恥ずかしくなるレベル。

長良川側の部屋なら景色は最高です。目の前をゆったり流れる川のすぐ向こうにそびえる山の上に岐阜のお城が見え、右手の下流側には岐阜の市街地が広がります。本館12階のレストランの景色も素晴らしいです。
